Where does the money from my purchase go?
A:
100% of the money raised from your catalog purchases goes to support the mission of God's Love We Deliver. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-altering illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. We prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. We also provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to our clients and families, care providers and other service organizations. All of our services are provided free of charge.

How can I pay for my purchases?
A:
God's Love We Deliver accepts, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Q:
What are the cut-off dates for Holiday orders?
A:
If you would like your merchandise to arrive by Thanksgiving, Chanukah or Christmas (standard UPS ground), orders must be received by the following dates: Thanksgiving - November 15th Chanukah - November 28th Christmas - December 15th

What are the shipping dates for the brownies and the pound cakes?
A:
The shipping dates for our perishable goods are: 11/13 11/20 11/27 12/04/ 12/11 12/18 You must place your order at least 3 days prior to shipment. Your order should arrive within 3-5 days of the ship date.

What are the shipping and handling charges?
A:
Orders are shipped via standard UPS ground. Please note that there is a charge for each shipping address. Please add $6.50 for 2-day air; $17 for overnight delivery. Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico and P.O. Boxes are shipped 1st Class mail.

Can I get my items gift wrapped?

GLWD will gladly gift wrap your purchases. There is a $6.00 charge per item.

Is there another way I can order items from the Holiday Catalog?
A:
If you would prefer to not order through our website, you may call our order center at 1-800-889-6515 or download our order form and fax it to 212-294-8191.

Q:
Do I have to pay sales tax?
A:
A sales tax charge of 8.375% must be added for each shipment to a New York State address.

Q:
How can I buy holiday cards and have them sent to my holiday card mailing list?
A:
For a minimum donation of $10 per card, GLWD will address, stamp and mail each card with a personalized message in the inside and return address on the envelope. All we need is your mailing list and we will handle the rest. To order, call 212-294-8142 or visit us online

How can I bid on an item that is featured in the catalog?
A:
If you would like to bid on one of the many fabulous items we are offering this year, please call 212-294-8143. Bidding closes at 5:00 pm on December 134, 2006. Winners will be notified on the morning of Friday, December 14, 2006

Is it possible to return an item?
A:
