Establishing Linkage Agreements and Becoming an Affiliate Agency Since our inception we have valued having strong relationships with other service providers throughout the city to insure that we can provide a continuum of care for our clients. We have over two hundred linkage agreements with medical and social service agencies that provide numerous services. Through these relationships, we are able to refer our clients as well as anyone who contacts us to the services that they are seeking. Many of our affiliate agencies also support us in our daily meal distribution by becoming a Neighborhood Meal Distribution Center (NMDC).
