The Development Operations Manager will join a fast-paced fundraising department of Development, Communications, and Events professionals. The individual in this role will manage the Raiser’s Edge database, including donor records, data reporting processes, and Volunteer Hub record integration. They will also manage our direct marketing efforts including mail (multiple fundraising letters, event invitations, and newsletters) and digital initiatives. Responsibilities include the timely execution of all mail and digital initiatives including working with various colleagues to ensure the timely delivery of content. This position will assist with online fundraising and the production of some print publications. The Operations Manager will be our liaison to Raiser’s Edge, managing our new “dashboard” for the department including offering regular, timely analysis of fundraising trends. Strong database management skills, analytical skills, writing and editing skills, and impeccable attention to detail will be essential in this role.
