We seek a Temporary Event and Fulfillment Specialist to join our Events Department. This is a full-time temporary opportunity that will begin in June 2021 and continue through January 31 2022. This role will require work onsite at God’s Love We Deliver.
The Temporary Event and Fulfillment (“EF”) Specialist supports the Events team on events such as the CowParade, Golden Heart Awards and partner events. The EF Specialist has primary responsibility for the God’s Love catalog fulfillment process: high volume seasonal orders of holiday cards, cookies, brownies and other gift items. This individual is also responsible for receiving and tracking large volumes of individual and corporate orders and determining the order in which to process them based on deadlines, preparation time and packaging. In addition, the EF Specialist will assist with tracking event donations and contribution information, as well as with other administrative tasks related to our Fall events.
