God’s Love is embarking on transitioning from its current client and production management system to Salesforce. The Salesforce CRM/ERP Administrator will provide critical support during this transition. Our existing client/production management runs on MS-SQL server, its user interface runs on .NET, and reporting is done via MS-Access and MS PowerBI. Salesforce, along with Field Service Lightning, SF NPSP, PowerBI and other modules will be tailored to our needs by outside consultants. This person will participate in the process, handling some of the configuration, creating reports and providing user support. A key aspect of this role will be to provide support and access, while remaining vigilant to security implications of all decisions
The Salesforce CRM/ERP Administrator will play a key role in the data migration from our current CRM to Salesforce, participating in planning meetings and carrying out Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes as instructed.
This role will provide some support of our existing MS-SQL database, including:
Participation in implementation of new CRM/ERP – Salesforce
Operational support of new CRM/ERP – Salesforce
