We seek a Production Sous Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen team and help bring our life-changing program to more New Yorkers who are living with serious illness. God's Love We Deliver produces more than 7,000 nutritionally-customized meals a day, cooking from scratch, packaging, and blast-chilling each meal in our state-of-the-art 10,000-sq-ft commercial kitchen in Soho. The Production Sous Chef helps design meals and large-scale production cycle, then makes it happen. This person ensures that our large team of employees and our dedicated volunteers are working efficiently and effectively to create a gold-standard product, from entrees like salmon with green sauce and coconut chicken stew to special treats like the personalized cakes we deliver to all clients on their birthdays. The Production Sous Chef is also responsible for implementing and enforcing processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
This role reports to the God's Love We Deliver Executive Chef and requires regular evening and weekend work.

We seek a Seasonal (Temporary) Receiving and Stocking Coordinator to work for 10 – 12 weeks, through the end of December 2018. This is a full-time seasonal role working Monday through Friday.
Our Meal Packaging Department sorts and packages meal components to prepare for delivery to our clients. The Receiving and Stocking (Pack-Out) Coordinator fills an essential role in helping to organize and oversee activities to ensure the safe distribution and packaging of meal components. We seek a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist to join our Volunteer Services and Special Events Department for a 12 – 14 week period beginning in October and lasting through the end of December.
The Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the God's Love catalog fulfillment process: high volume seasonal orders of holiday cards, cookies and brownies. This individual is also responsible for receiving and tracking large volumes of individual and corporate orders and determining the order in which to process them based on deadlines, preparation time and packaging. In addition, the Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist will assist with tracking event donations and contribution information. The Volunteer Engagement Manager manages and trains the Volunteer Engagement Coordinators, and is responsible for the coordination and execution of volunteer special events, including our participation in third-party events supported with volunteers. The Volunteer Engagement Manager manages the communications to and coordination of certain volunteer streams including large groups and VIPs as well as expanding our young hearts programming for kids of all ages.
The Senior Director of Fulfillment and Logistics is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality warehousing, packaging, and delivery of God's Love We Deliver meals to our clients across the NY metro area. You'll supervise a large budget, a fleet of 25 vans, and a combined team of 30 people in a variety of challenging roles, while collaborating effectively with organization leadership and crafting a strong future for the fulfillment function.

We seek a Driver to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of meals to the door of our clients, and to act as a public face of God's Love in a compassionate, courteous and professional manner. Our Drivers make up to sixty (60) delivery stops per day, Monday through Friday, and are a core part of our Delivery team.
