God's Love We Deliver

Our volunteer Ann Bodnar is a staple of the Tuesday morning packout shift, having just reached the 10-year mark and is nearing a whopping 1,000 hours of dedicated service to God's Love! In addition to her time in the kitchen, Ann has also volunteered at special events like Night of a Thousand Gowns, brought her company in for a day of volunteering and has delivered meals on the holidays with her fellow volunteer John for the past few years. We are so happy to have Ann in our volunteer family and are incredibly grateful for the work she has done for God's Love.

Volunteering since: 2004
How did you find out about God's Love? In the late 80's, God's Love provided services to a dear friend who was ill.
Why do you volunteer? Initially in memory of dear friends who passed and I continue because of the unwavering commitment of the God's Love mission.
What do you like to do when you're not volunteering? I enjoy the theater, restaurants, running, reading, traveling and most especially spending time with my friends, family and my beloved sidekick, Jake, a 4-year-old poodle.
What's something about yourself that people would be surprised to find out? I am shy.
