When the Dutch first encountered New York they nicknamed it “The Howling Wilderness”. That wild, untamable spirit still lives here if you choose to see it. This piece is inspired by New York’s streets and urban color, by its raw personalities and diversity, by its heart, its giving soul and glorious grit.

I’m a self-taught painter who makes a living selling my work on the street. Vivid imagery, expressive color, a sense of struggle and subconscious disquiet fill my work with a curious beauty and energy.
