This booklet guides older adults in making good choices to maintain strength, a healthy weight, and quality of life.

This booklet is designed for both current patients and survivors of colorectal cancer. Nutritional challenges of the disease and its treatments are addressed, as well as post-treatment concerns.

Caregivers balance many daily activities including preparing and sharing meals.
