Throughout the year, God's Love is proud to host student groups from colleges and universities from all over the country. Often as part of the Alternative Spring Break program, volunteers get a chance to see New York City while preparing and delivering our meals. Groups should be between 10 and 15 people and we can design a program for you whether you are here for a week or just a day. Some of the schools we have hosted this year include Harvard University, University of Michigan, Ohio State University, University of Maine and Lindsey Wilson College.
If you are interested in scheduling a visit for your student group, contact Roberto Guerrero or call 212.294.8184.
It's Spring Break time again and this week, we're welcoming St. Michael's College from Burlington, Vermont. The helped with food preparation in the kitchen and van deliveries. Thanks, St. Michael's! View more pictures from their visit on Flickr!
The wonderful group from Sewanee volunteered for a full week at God's Love! Not only did they help prepare meals in the kitchen, but they also made deliveries in our vans and on foot. They were amazing to work with and can't wait to have them back again! View pictures from their visit on Flickr!
It was a pleasure hosting a terrific group of students from Pace University. They spent Sunday morning working with our fantastic Chef Khary! View more pictures from their visit on Flickr!
