Sample Language:

“I give and devise to God’s Love We Deliver, 166 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013, federal tax identification number 13-3366846, __% of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to be used for its general support (or for the support of a specific program).”

A specific dollar amount, stated fraction of your estate or specified gift-in-kind such as collections, art, books, jewelry, etc.

Sample Language:

“I give and devise to God’s Love We Deliver, 166 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013, federal tax identification number 13-3366846, (description of property or item) to be used for its general purposes (or for the support of a specific fund or program).”

A gift that is originally intended for other beneficiaries but, in the event of their prior passing, is redirected as a charitable donation.

Sample Language:

“If any of the beneficiaries named in this will should die before becoming entitled to receive their distributive share of my estate, I direct my trustee to pay or transfer the share to which such beneficiary would otherwise be entitled to God’s Love We Deliver, God’s Love We Deliver, 166 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013, federal tax identification number 13-3366846.”
