God's Love We Deliver is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing nutritious meals to individuals who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves. We are seeking a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to assist with recruiting, training, managing & recognizing the efforts of our volunteers. This is a full-time onsite position in our New York City offices. This position is a Saturday through Wednesday schedule.

The Seasonal Operations Project Coordinator helps support internal projects during our remarkably busy Fall/Winter holiday season, which includes assisting with Thanksgiving, Winter Shelf-Stable meal distribution and Winter Feast initiatives. The Seasonal Operations Project Coordinator also helps support internal God’s Love initiatives events and meetings. This position is a full-time temporary position ending on January 31, 2025.

The Sponsorship Development Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new and existing partners for internal, partnered and signature events to increase event revenue and for sponsorship fulfillment. The Sponsorship Development Manager will manage all sponsorship contracts and all sponsor activation execution.

The Manager of Fulfillment oversees the packaging and distribution of over 4 million client meals annually, ensuring that meal components are correctly packaged to meet clients' specific nutritional needs. The Manager of Fulfillment is responsible for the oversight of quality and standards, food safety protocols, and inventory management. The Manager directly manages a staff team of 10, and also has oversight of the approximately 75 volunteers who support the pack-out of client meals. The Manager of Fulfillment will oversee operations across two buildings in New York City and must be flexible and available to travel frequently between locations.

The Philanthropy Associate, Institutional Giving will support corporate and foundation fundraising for God’s Love We Deliver, with a focus on grant writing, grant management, and relationship-building with funders from a diverse and growing institutional portfolio. Reporting to the Manager of Philanthropy, Institutional Giving, the Philanthropy Associate, Institutional Giving will support prospecting, donor recognition, and the preparation and submission of letters of inquiry, grant proposals, budgets, final reports, and other correspondence.

God’s Love We Deliver continues to be synonymous with healthcare and as our services expand, we continue to establish new and innovative partnerships with managed care and clinical providers. The Business Development and Community Partnerships Department establishes partnerships and contracts with hospitals, managed care providers, health systems, and community-based organizations.

We seek a Seasonal (Temporary) Fulfillment and Event Specialist to join our Events Department. This is a full-time seasonal opportunity that will begin in August and continue through the end of December 2024. This role will require work onsite at God’s Love We Deliver. The Seasonal (Temporary) Fulfillment and Event Specialist is responsible for managing the God’s Love catalog fulfillment process: high volume seasonal orders of holiday cards, cookies, brownies, and other gift items.

The Compliance and Privacy Officer, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, will have primary responsibility for the compliance and privacy programs at God’s Love We Deliver. The Compliance and Privacy Officer will review, revise and maintain the organization’s compliance and privacy policies, protocols and processes; assist with compliance and privacy reviews, audits and investigations as needed.

The Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) ensures that all products are handled, assembled, and stored in a food safe manner, following the standards of NYCDOH and HAACP, and conforming to all regulatory and internal requirements. The QAM creates and executes daily food safety and quality assurance checks.

The Department of Nutrition Services supports the mission and goals of God’s Love We Deliver by designing nutritionally based meals for clients to eat, guiding clients to the right assortment of foods, and answering nutritional and general food questions. The Dietetic Technician, Registered supports the Nutrition Services Department by providing nutritional counseling and education under the supervision of the Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.

The Department of Nutrition Services supports the mission and goals of God’s Love We Deliver by designing nutritionally based meals for clients to eat, guiding clients to the right assortment of foods, and answering nutritional and general food questions. The Bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) provides nutrition education and counseling to our clients, their families, and caregivers to address individual needs based on unique diagnoses. The Bilingual RDN also provides outreach to hard-to-reach and under-served communities through nutrition workshops, and education materials, and works with our Culinary and Program Teams to ensure quality services.
