We seek a Bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our Program Development Team to help bring our life-changing program to more New Yorkers. The Client Support Specialist is fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish, is the first point of contact for anyone wishing to enroll in our meal-delivery program and supports client engagement efforts with compassion and care.
The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) provides medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education and counseling to our clients, their families, and caregivers to address individual needs. In addition to providing direct care to individuals with cancer and other diagnoses, the RDN will coordinate education opportunities for people living with cancer who comprise more than 10% of our clientele and serve as a resource for other professional staff.

The Dispatch Associate role assists the Manager of Delivery Operations in the overall function of the Delivery Operations, ensuring that the team is supported in delivering meals to our clients. This role plays a key function in the tracking of all deliveries and routes from start to completion via phone and through our fleet management applications.
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Full-Time Staff Biller. In this role you will research each account using God's love's accounting applications and internet resources. You will also conduct appropriate account activity on uncollected account balances with contacting third party payors and/or patients via phone, e-mail, or online. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
