The MGO will report directly to the Director of Philanthropy and work closely with the President & CEO, Chief Philanthropy Officer and the Campaign Co-Chairs and Steering Committee. Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, God’s Love We Deliver has followed government and public health protocols to ensure the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and others who come to our offices. Hand sanitizer and masks are available throughout the God’s Love facility. We practice appropriate social distancing in our work stations. And all employees planning to work from the office on a given day answer questions about their health before they come to our worksite. Candidates who come on site for their interviews are similarly asked to pre-certify in these areas before they enter our offices.
In addition, God’s Love We Deliver requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are eligible for an accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely-held religious belief.

The Bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) provides nutrition education and counseling to our clients, their families, and caregivers to address individual needs based on unique diagnoses. The Bilingual RDN also provides outreach to hard-to-reach and under-served communities through nutrition workshops, and education materials, and works with our Culinary and Program Teams to ensure quality services.
The Meal Packaging team at God’s Love We Deliver is a central part of our operation, organizing and packing more than 1,000 orders each weekday for our clients. We get it right, so our clients have the right food to help them heal.
The Inventory and Receiving Manager maintains an accurate system inventory of our range of products, from frozen entrees and soups (made in-house from all-natural ingredients with no preservatives or fillers) to fresh fruit, milk and yogurt, snacks, and healthy desserts. This role is essential to ensure the safe distribution and packaging of meal components. You’ll create the right controls and reports to minimize inventory variance and set up and record a range of quality checks, from order accuracy to food safety.
The Nutrition Assistant supports the Nutrition Services Department by coordinating with our clients, their families, and caregivers allowing for efficient communication with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. The Nutrition Assistant will assist with data entry and special projects as needed.
The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR Team in all areas of HR including onboarding, data entry and analysis, training and development, benefits, HR reporting, employee engagement; and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. The Bilingual HR Coordinator maintains the utmost level of discretion and confidentiality in performing their work. As a member of the HR team, the Bilingual HR Coordinator supports and helps maintain an equitable and inclusive culture within the organization.
The Lead Kitchen Steward will join a fast-paced culinary department. The Lead Kitchen Steward is responsible for ensuring kitchen cleanliness, maintaining kitchen organization, and providing support and guidance to the Kitchen Porter team. The individual in this role will be well-versed in food safety, health code and sanitation regulations, a team player with good customer service and communication skills. This role reports to the Executive Chef and will require variable hours, including some evening and weekend work.
The Major Gifts Officer develops and executes an annual plan to cultivate & solicit major gift prospects and donors generating a portion of the department’s annual revenue goal of $19M. The Major Gifts Officer focuses on increasing the giving levels of existing donors (including managing a personal portfolio of 200+ people in addition to the larger group) and creates a new portfolio of potential donors through research, relationship building and outreach, The Major Gifts Officer collaborates with and supports Philanthropy staff, the Executive team and Volunteer Leadership groups to achieve fundraising goals for individual gifts.

The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, execution, implementation, and completion of complex and highly visible projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
We seek a Client Services Specialist to join our Client Services Team to help bring our life-changing program to more New Yorkers. The Client Services Specialist is the first point of contact for anyone wishing to enroll in our meal-delivery program, and supports client engagement efforts with compassion and care.
The NYCWFF Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Director in the overall goal of generating ticket sales and brand awareness for the Festival. This is an exciting position, touching all areas of the Festival’s marketing strategy from management of the Festival’s media sponsorships and partnerships, to the development of marketing materials, analytics, copywriting and with a heavy focus on social media.
