Communication & Marketing Associate

The Communications & Marketing Associate creates effective print, digital, and video communications across all platforms and departments to appeal to a wide variety of individuals. The Communications & Marketing Associate develops print materials, ad placements and produces, edits, and publishes video and social media content. They also lead the graphic design and layout of agency-branded documentation, including brochures, appeal letters/packages, flyers, invitations, presentations, the Impact Summary, annual report, and pamphlets.

Inventory & Receiving Manager (Food Service)

The Meal Packaging team at God’s Love We Deliver is a central part of our operation, organizing and packing more than 1,000 orders each weekday for our clients. We get it right, so our clients have the right food to help them heal.
The Inventory and Receiving Manager maintains an accurate system inventory of our range of products, from frozen entrees and soups (made in-house from all-natural ingredients with no preservatives or fillers) to fresh fruit, milk and yogurt, snacks, and healthy desserts. This role is essential to ensure the safe distribution and packaging of meal components. You’ll create the right controls and reports to minimize inventory variance and set up and record a range of quality checks, from order accuracy to food safety.

Individual Gifts Officer

The Individual Gifts Officer develops and executes an annual plan to cultivate & solicit individual gifts in the $100-$4,999 range from both new and existing donors. The annual fundraising goal for individual gifts is $500,000+. The Individual Gifts Officer focuses on increasing the giving levels of existing donors (100-200) and creates a new portfolio of potential donors through research, relationship building and outreach, collaborating with Development staff, Executive team, Leadership Councils and Board to achieve fundraising goals for individual gifts.

Behavioral Health Program Administrator

The Program Services Department, which is made up of the Client Services, Healthcare Partners, and Nutrition teams, acts as the liaison between the organization and its clients. As the first point of contact for new clients and ongoing support for current clients, the department conducts intake, facilitates nutrition assessments and counseling, manages client inquiries by phone or mail, maintains client records, and more. The department is uniquely positioned to care for clients, while also developing new programs and contributing to policy development that promotes the concept of “Food is Medicine” for individuals and within the healthcare field.

Food is Medicine Coalition - Manager of Membership and Accreditation

The Manager of Membership and Accreditation runs the FIMC Membership and Accreditation Programs. Formalized in 2023, the FIMC Accreditation Program will streamline medically tailored meal interventions across FIMC agencies by assessing the quality, fidelity and fitness to provide the MTM intervention of nonprofit applicant agencies. Primary job responsibilities include managing administrative tasks related to communications, planning, scheduling, and conducting Accreditation audits, managing application processing, and more.

Major Gifts Officer - Capital Campaign

God’s Love We Deliver is seeking a seasoned Major Gifts Officer (MGO) to help lead the charge as we raise $100 million for a new facility over the next 2 – 5 years in our Campaign for the Immediate Future. The MGO will report directly to the Director of Philanthropy and work closely with the President & CEO, Chief Philanthropy Officer and the Campaign Co-Chairs and Steering Committee. This is a high-profile assignment with much visibility among staff and volunteer leadership of the organization.

Bilingual Client Services Specialist (Healthcare)

We seek a dynamic individual to join the Community Partners team which provides God’s Love services to clients who are also patients of healthcare partners. The Bilingual Client Services Specialist (Healthcare) will help bring our life-changing program to more New Yorkers by enrolling clients in our meal delivery program, engaging clients with compassion and care, and managing functional relationships with healthcare partner staff.

Baker

The Baker assists the Pastry Chef and Chefs with baked goods, and the cooking and packaging of food for the Meal Program. The Baker follows sanitation and safety protocols established for the kitchen at all times.

Lead Kitchen Steward

The Lead Kitchen Steward will join a fast-paced culinary department. The Lead Kitchen Steward is responsible for ensuring kitchen cleanliness, maintaining kitchen organization, and providing support and guidance to the Kitchen Porter team. The individual in this role will be well-versed in food safety, health code and sanitation regulations, a team player with good customer service and communication skills. This role reports to the Executive Chef and will require variable hours, including some evening and weekend work.

Client Services Specialist

We seek a Client Services Specialist to join our Client Services Team to help bring our life-changing program to more New Yorkers. The Client Services Specialist is the first point of contact for anyone wishing to enroll in our meal-delivery program, and supports client engagement efforts with compassion and care.

Driver

We seek a Driver to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of meals to the door of our clients, and to act as a public face of God’s Love in a compassionate, courteous and professional manner. Our Drivers make up to sixty (60) delivery stops per day, Monday through Friday, and are a core partof our Delivery team.
