Image 1 of 6 On 12/20 we welcomed partners in Fulfillment from the FQHC Engagement Team at Healthfirst! They came decked out in some of the prettiest ugly sweaters we've seen, and were so happy to share the day packing breakfast kits. We're looking forward to continuing conversations with this group as they work directly with some of our partners, like Ryan Health, The Institute for Family Health, and Long Island FQHC's. Image 3 of 6 On Friday 12/8 our Kitchen hosted a group from Fresenius Kidney Care, a network of dialysis providers that serves over 190K patients nationwide, and who are dedicated to helping people thrive on dialysis and live longer, healthier lives. We have been partners with Fresenius for many years, and this year alone they have referred over 150 clients to God's Love. Their group today was a mix of new and experienced God's Love volunteers, and the experienced ones have done everything from Fulfillment to Thanksgiving with us, and the new volunteers stated that they'll be back without a doubt, as they see firsthand the great work God's Love does, and they're thrilled to be part of it!

Image 5 of 6 On Friday November 10th, the Business Development & Community Partnerships and Healthcare Partners Teams hosted team members from SOMOS IPA, a value-based care partner that works with God’s Love across various health plans for a volunteer shift in the kitchen and fulfillment centers. We have been working together in partnership for over a year now and have served over 100 members over 22K meals together. SOMOS chose God’s Love for their organization’s official “Day of Service,” and we couldn’t have been happier to have them experience our work firsthand! As their Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Richard Petrucci said, “The work you all do here is truly incredible. We’re proud to work with you.”

Image 6 of 6 On Friday 1/26 we had members of Molina Healthcare come and volunteer with us in the Kitchen! Coordinated by Joiel Ray-Alexander, the Director of Growth and Community Engagement, their team came in with smiles on their faces and a new appreciation for our partnership together. In fact, more of their team will be coming in next week as well! We look forward to continue our wonderful relationship together.
