On National Be an Angel Day, our longest serving volunteer was on the national news! Nearly 30 years ago, our volunteer Tat joined a field trip to God’s Love We Deliver to prepare meals for our clients, and has been with us ever since. Today, Tat has given more than 34,200 hours of volunteer service, more than any volunteer in our history. Our volunteer network is comprised of tens of thousands of dedicated individuals and Tat sets a unique example for us all. From everyone at God’s Love, we are immensely grateful for the decades of service Tat has dedicated to supporting our clients! ❤️

Volunteering on during the holidays gives you the energy of a double espresso! ☕️ The holidays are right around the corner, and we need YOUR help to deliver to neighbors in need across NYC. God’s Love delivers to all five boroughs, so there’s always a route for you 🚚 Interested in volunteering on Thanksgiving Day? Our team is hard at work preparing our Thanksgiving dinners for a special delivery, and that’s where YOU can help! We are looking for volunteers with their *own cars* to help us deliver meals and love to our clients, their caregivers, and children. No matter how you give back, there’s always a place for YOU to volunteer at God’s Love We Deliver! ❤️ God’s Love is the ONLY provider of medically tailored meals to New Yorkers living with illness. Not only does it take nearly 5 million meals annually to serve our clients – it takes over 23,000 of our dedicated volunteers. Seven days a week, our doors are open for everyone to help nourish our neighbors – from kitchen projects, to delivering on-foot, to traveling across the city with our van drivers, our meals get to our clients' doors thanks to the hard work and love that comes from every volunteer shift. For more than three decades, God’s Love We Deliver has been providing the medically tailored, nutritious meals that our clients so urgently require. From the very beginning, we recognized the force of the tremendous heart of our volunteers. Today, we are proud and humbled to have the help of our now 13,000 individuals who give their time and talent to God’s Love every year.

On Sunday, June 24, God's Love We Deliver was joined by over 200 staff, volunteers, and community members at the 49th Annual NYC Pride March. God's Love has participated in the event for more than 28 years and we are grateful to everyone who joined us! #FeedYourPride
