New Summer Menu Updates!

We are excited to announce our summer menu changes beginning Monday, June 5. 

In direct response to client feedback, our new recipes incorporate a wider range of flavors and spices that will help improve health and well-being while tantalizing taste buds and satisfying appetites. Recipes are developed together by our Culinary team and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, drawing inspiration from seasonal produce and spices we receive from our partner Burlap & Barrel. 

New entrées include:

Caribbean Drumsticks
Ingredient highlight: Allspice berries, native to Jamaica, are rich in potassium and support heart health.

Sumac Roasted Chicken
Ingredient highlight: Sumac, native to the Middle East, is a source of antioxidants which help prevent cell damage.

Hoisin Glazed Chicken Legs
Ingredient highlight: Hoisin is a flavorful and rich sauce, and a good source of Riboflavin which helps maintain energy.

Ancho Chicken
Ingredient highlight: Ancho peppers are mild, flavorful, and a good source of Vitamin B6.

Roast Pork Loin with Braised Cabbage
Ingredient highlight: Cabbage is a good source of vitamin K which helps wounds to heal.

Pork Cutlet with Potatoes and Mushroom Gravy
Ingredient highlight: Mushrooms can act as a prebiotic that keep your gut healthy.

Pork Chop with Applesauce and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredient highlight: Sweet potatoes are rich in Vitamins A and C, which helps maintain healthy cell growth.

Pork with Mojo Rojo
Ingredient highlight: Parsley is a great source of beta-carotene which supports eye health.

R: Sumac Roasted Chicken is served on a bed of rice, garnished with onions and paired with a side of garden-fresh vegetables.

Bone-in chicken and whole cut pork will be re-introduced for the regular menu. For clients requiring softer textures, alternative meals will still be available. 

Saying farewell to our regular menu are some of our chicken and pork dishes including: Adobo Glazed Chicken, Braised Pork and Beans, Brown Stew Chicken, Crustless Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken with Peppers and Onions, Sweet and Sour Pork, Smothered Pork Stew, and Sofrito Diced Pork.  

As our departments continue to develop our variety of medically tailored meals, we ensure that each delivery is filled with the proper quantities of protein, spice, fiber and love. We hope you enjoy!
