Last week, we were treated to a visit from none other than Jamar Rogers and his “Fam” Club! If you remember, Jamar Rogers is our delivery volunteer who recently competed in NBC’s “The Voice”. He made it to the semi-finals and is now promoting his latest single “Where Would I Be Without You”. We are so incredibly proud of Jamar and his talent, but even more so because of his huge heart. He remains committed to God’s Love and is a passionate advocate for HIV/AIDS causes.

Set up as a meet n’ greet for his “Fam” Club, his mom Danielle aka “Mama D” and his supporters scheduled some time in their New York visit to volunteer with God’s Love. Just as they were about to depart to make some deliveries to our clients, Jamar surprised them by showing up to join them! Lots of singing and shrieking soon followed. We were so pleased to see our dear friend Jamar as well as meet the amazing group of fans that took time out of their trip to volunteer. They were so much fun to work with and we hope to see them back again very soon!
