Yesterday’s 2025 NYC Pride March was nothing short of extraordinary as God’s Love We Deliver celebrated 40 years of nourishing New York with love, compassion, and community. From our vibrant float to the passionate energy of our marchers, we proudly honored our mission and the LGBTQ+ community that has always been at the heart of our work.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this year’s Pride celebration so meaningful. Your presence, energy, and love remind us exactly why we do what we do.
A very special shout out to our amazing sponsor, OUT@L’Oréal — thank you for being a true partner in this work and for standing proudly with us in support of our neighbors living with severe and chronic illness.
We were honored to be joined by our incredible Pride Ambassadors Niecy Nash-Betts, Jessica Betts, and Carlos King — your joy, visibility, and advocacy inspire us all.
We’re so grateful for the leadership and love shown by:
Marchers on our float
We couldn’t have danced our way down Fifth Avenue without our phenomenal DJs, Ben Bustamante and Raymond Herrera, who kept spirits soaring and hearts full. And to our new family members from ISS/Guckenheimer, welcome — we’re so glad you joined the celebration!
An enormous thank you to Rob DeVito and the Bond Float team, who each year bring our vision to life — your creativity and precision never cease to amaze us.
To our powerhouse Marketing and Communications Team and our unstoppable Volunteer Dream Team — you didn’t just bring it, you blasted it out of the park. From the stunning visuals to the seamless coordination and community care, you made this moment unforgettable.
And to our incredible events team — Candy, Julia, and a special shout out to our Pride Lead, Lila Winfrey — thank you for dreaming big, planning brilliantly, and executing flawlessly. You make the impossible look easy.
God's Love at the pride March in 1991
Our organization began during the height of the AIDS crisis in 1985, with the delivery of one meal to one man struggling with HIV/AIDS. This year, we are on track to cook and home-deliver more than 4 million meals to more than 17,000 individuals across the New York Metropolitan area. As we celebrate Pride Month this year, we also remember the ongoing spirit of community and the power of coming together to both celebrate and nourish our neighbors in our vibrant and diverse city.
Finally, to each and every one of you: thank you for marching, cheering, supporting, and believing in our mission. Because of you, New Yorkers affected by severe and chronic illness continue to receive the nutritious, delicious, medically tailored meals they deserve. We are honored to stand with our community at Pride and every day of the year.
We hope to see you next year at Pride 2026!
With endless gratitude,
Stephen Covello
