Today, the kitchen at God’s Love We Deliver was electrified by a visit from the one and only Cher! Joined by our incredible volunteers, staff, and Love Rocks NYC Executive Producers John Varvatos, Greg Williamson, and Nicole Rechter, Cher spoke passionately about the power of giving back and expressed deep gratitude for the work we do every day to nourish New Yorkers in need. Also joining us were members of our Board of Directors including Blaine Trump, Michael Sennott, David Terveen, and Katy Williamson.
Her visit comes ahead of tomorrow night’s 9th Annual Love Rocks NYC benefit concert at The Beacon Theatre, where she’ll take the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable performance. We cook and home-deliver over four million meals to nearly 17,000 New Yorkers living with severe and chronic illness each year.
