On Friday, July 22, the hottest day of the year, model, television personality and entrepreneur Heidi Klum and fashion guru Tim Gunn joined forces to deliver life-saving meals to our clients. They were joined by volunteers, Board member Desiree Gruber and Karen Pearl, President & CEO of God’s Love We Deliver.

It is only through the dedication of our thousands of volunteers – like Heidi and Tim – that God’s Love is able to ensure that sick clients receive nutritious meals when they need them most. We especially appreciate the service of our 7,600 volunteers on difficult days like today.

Throughout the year, God’s Love We Deliver brings individually-tailored meals to our most at-risk friends and neighbors, those who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves. As we mark our 25th year, we are so thankful to be a source of constant support for our clients in need. In the last year, God’s Love passed a major milestone in our history and delivered over one million meals for people living with life-threatening illnesses. We remain dedicated to cooking and delivering the specific, nutritious meals a client’s severe illness and treatment so urgently require.
