Recently, we have been asking our staff and volunteers to describe the work that we do in just a couple of sentences: in a tag line, if you will. We received many beautiful responses via Facebook and Twitter and more.

On Twitter, a friend said, “GLWD special recipe: A huge cup of lovingkindness, & equal parts of graciousness & mercy. GLWD is NYC faithful friend.”

On Facebook, a friend said, “Great people doing their best every day to make wonderful meals for those who can’t.”
