“Hey…what’s happening on the 5^th floor?” This is a question I get asked almost daily, and with good reason!

Since we’ve moved back into our newly-renovated Michael Kors Building almost four years ago, our 5^th Floor Event Space has evolved from a staff community space to a premiere, state-of-the-art venue that has hosted hundreds of events!

While I have truly had the enjoyment of seeing a whole spectrum of different events (no “goat yoga” yet…but I am waiting!) there are a couple tried-and-true favorites that I see time and time again.

Weddings

There’s no place better to celebrate your love than at God’s Love! During the warmer months, couples flock to say their vows in front of our breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline. Our Rooftop Herb Garden is gorgeous oasis filled with fresh herbs like basil, mint, and lavender, which creates a unique and stunning surrounding. Plus, since the rental fee directly funds our mission, couples have been able to give back with their “I do”. Celebrating your love at God’s Love has a ripple effect by also showing love to our sick neighbors by helping to meet their most basic of needs.

Offsites

Meetings are really our “bread and butter” (food pun intended) on our 5^th Floor. With state-of-the-art technology and a beautiful private terrace for some fresh air and sunshine, it’s not difficult to see why! We can fit up to 120 guests for an all-day meeting and then host a cocktail party afterwards on our roof for a job well done. Cheers!

Dinners

Since we prepare and deliver nutritious high-quality meals, our 5^th floor is a natural place to want to celebrate a delicious meal yourself with family and friends. We have hosted private rooftop dinners under the stars, and larger banquet dinners on our 5^th floor.

There is never a dull day here at God’s Love We Deliver, and I am excited for what 2019 holds! I hope that this list has inspired you to see how your next event can not only be a great fit for our venue, but it can also make a difference in the lives of our sick neighbors.
