Inspiring Volunteerism at The NYU Service Fair

God’s Love We Deliver was pleased to participate in NYU Service’s annual Service and Volunteer Fair to engage students in volunteer opportunities.

This year, Harriet, Patrick, along with hundreds of God’s Love cookies, enthusiastically showcased our volunteer opportunities at the fair, inspiring students to get involved.

The passion and energy that Patrick and Harriet bring to their work exemplify the spirit of God’s Love We Deliver, underscoring why it is such a unique and impactful organization.

As Harriet aptly noted, “This was a very fruitful table event. We spoke to so many serious volunteers. We enjoyed the smaller event with service-minded students.”

One student, whose birthday happened to fall on the day of the fair, shared their desire to give back in a meaningful way on their special day. Thanks to our presence at the event, we were able to sign them up for the 4 PM shift. To make their first experience with God’s Love We Deliver sweeter, our volunteer team arranged for a brownie from the bakery to greet them at the start of their shift. After completing their kitchen shift, the student excitedly told us they couldn’t wait to be back.

When people meet Harriet, Patrick, our volunteer team, and our signature red velvet cookies, they leave inspired and ready to join the mission of God’s Love We Deliver.
