Once Upon A Kitchen
On December 5th we were the charity partner at the incredible event, Once Upon A Kitchen. Gotham Hall hosted the top three chefs in the world, Massimo Bottura, Mauro Colagreco, Joan Roca as well as the amazing pastry chef and owner of Milk Bar, Christina Tosi. Guests had the once in a lifetime opportunity to meet these culinary legends and experience a multi-course dinner with wine chosen by international winemaker Roberto Cipresso.
