God’s Love is pleased to announce the addition of Chef Michael Anthony, Mark Brashear and Jennifer Diamond to our Board of Directors.

In September of 2006 Chef Michael Anthony took the position of Executive Chef at the culinary landmark Gramercy Tavern, and has been a partner since 2011. In 2007, The New York Times awarded Gramercy Tavern its second three-star review, and Time Out New York declared Michael a “Best New Chef”. In 2008, Gramercy Tavern earned the James Beard Award for “Outstanding Restaurant,” followed by a James Beard Award for “Best Chef New York City” in 2012. Michael is also the author of THE GRAMERCY TAVERN COOKBOOK, recently published by Clarkson Potter. Chef Michael has long been a supporter of God’s Love, supported by the efforts of the Gramercy Tavern team, which has participated annually in the Race to Deliver. In 2013, the GT team raised $30,000- more than any other team participating in the Race.
Mark Brashear has served as the Chairman and CEO of HUGO BOSS, Americas Region since 2009.HUGO BOSS is an important supporter of God’s Love, lending their employees as volunteers and as well as providing generous donations each year to support the programs and services of God’s Love. Mark brings extensive experience to his new role, having previously served on the Board of God’s Love sister organization Project Open Hand San Francisco.
Jennifer Diamond is the President of the Diamond Family Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that develops unique methods to improve and increase access to education and healthcare by supporting those who fall outside traditional, government-sponsored assistance programs. As president, Jennifer helps determine the direction and mission of the organization, sets the strategy for how to best tackle issues most important to the foundation, reviews results from past projects, and continually seeks compelling new philanthropic opportunities to explore. We thank Jennifer and the Diamond Family Foundation for their generous support of the children of our clients and our programs and services.
