A riveting, full day of theatre was had by all that attended the February 23 performance of The Inheritance, by Matthew Lopez, at The Barrymore Theatre. God’s Love friends and guests were granted an intimately vibrant yet tender depiction of the AIDS crisis of the 1980s, reconciling our past with a future that is brighter for many LGBTQ people because of the sacrifice of those lost during the pandemic. Woven throughout this heart-rending, Olivier Award-winning production the audience wrestled with themes of love, loss, rejection, resilience, passion, and gratitude. Between part I & part II, God’s Love We Deliver supporters were treated to a quaint dining atmosphere at Hurley’s Saloon NYC. We are grateful to our very own Michael Kors and his partner Lance Le Pere for generously underwriting this event.
