Our kitchen has received its first order of fresh local milk (30 gallons) from Battenkill Valley Creamery located in historic Salem, NY. Our baker, Chuck, will use the 1% milk primarily for baking. We’re especially excited to start with our new local milk, considering our kitchen just utilized the last of our allotment of Chobani yogurt which was generously donated to us by Chobani. We would like to thank Chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern for recommending the Creamery to us and we are so excited to begin this new partnership at the local farm-to-table level.
