A Celebration of 40 Years of Tuscan Cuisine with Legendary Chef Pino Luongo

On August 2nd, restaurateur and iconic Chef Pino Luongo, who launched acclaimed NYC restaurants Il Cantinori, Le Madri, Coco Pazzo, Mad 61, Sapore di Mare and his latest, Coco Shack, held at his restaurant, Morso, an indoor and outdoor walk around event featuring classic dishes from Tuscany.

Chef Luongo, who introduced Tuscan cuisine to NYC, will be joined by some of America’s most renowned Italian chefs who have cooked alongside or been inspired by him. Enjoy Chef Luongo’s delicious signature dishes in an evening that honors the renowned chef’s long legacy. The evening will also feature a full bar with specialty Italian cocktails, Italian wines, and music by renowned D.J. Dippa.
