Lori Gaskill, LMSW, Director of Population Health
Lori Gaskill serves as the Director of Population Health at God’s Love We Deliver, where she leads strategic initiatives that advance health equity and improve community health outcomes. She oversees CONNECTED, our Health-Related Social Needs team, and our Behavioral Health Program.
Lori brings a strong foundation in education, behavioral health, and community advocacy to her leadership role. We, as an agency, are strengthening care coordination and long-term wellness outcomes. This ensures our work reflects a commitment to whole-person care at the intersection of food security, mental health, and chronic disease prevention. With a closely aligned goal to utilize evidence-based innovation and sustainable systems, to better serve those impacted by social drivers of health.
