Marguerite Zabar Mariscal is the CEO of Momofuku, where she oversees the brand’s growth across restaurants and Momofuku Goods, a line of restaurant-grade home cooking products. She joined the company in 2011 as an intern, quickly expanding her role to lead design and communications, and was named Brand Director in 2016. Two years later, she was promoted to Chief of Staff and Creative Director before becoming CEO in 2019. In 2020, she co-founded Momofuku Goods, named one of Bain’s Insurgent Brands in 2024. Marguerite has lived in New York City every year of her life, except for four majestic years in Maine.
