For the fiscal year that ended on June 30th, God’s Love served 3,019 healthcare partner members and provided a record number of meals totaling more than 618,000! We were also able to showcase our partnership with Mount Sinai Health Partners and MetroPlus Healthplan in our webinar “Investing in Medically Tailored Meals to Promote Health”. Our partnership with MetroPlus Health plan began with providing meals to their managed long term care members and then we expanded to their Medicaid and Medicare Advantage populations.
We continue to expand our partnerships to address the social determinants of health with innovative interventions with partners like United Healthcare, Emblem Health, Cityblock, and the NYC Health + Hospitals City Accountable Care Organization.
Our goal is to continue to be a change agent in the healthcare arena by reaching everyone who needs our services and by making sure that healthcare providers know the value of providing our medically tailored home delivered meals to their patients.
