Lisa Zullig, Director of Nutrition Services, represents God’s Love on the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ new Food as Medicine (FAM) hub: The Power of Food as Medicine: A Conversation with RDNs Managing Food as Medicine Programs.
Earlier this year, Lisa led one of a series of talks for the Academy, highlighting the essential role of dietitians, and the services they are uniquely qualified to provide, to the success of FAM programs. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has created the Food as Medicine hub to recognize the movement as a vital tool in Medical Nutrition Therapy, providing a strategic roadmap and pillars of Food as Medicine.
