Strength in Community: #SweatForSmiles donates proceeds to God’s Love!

“The Strength Project, hosted by Sweat for Smiles on July 21 at TS Fitness in NYC was sold out. It was created around the idea that strength is about so much more than what we can build physically: we wanted to bring women together for a strength-training workout while also highlighting the important role that nutrition and mental well-being play in helping us feel strong and healthy.

Choosing God’s Love We Deliver as the beneficiary felt like a natural fit.I have always had tremendous respect for the organization and the impact it has throughout New York City.

Because our event was held here in NYC, it was especially meaningful to support an organization that is directly strengthening our local community by providing nutritious meals to people who are too sick to shop or prepare food for themselves.

To me, that is exactly what The Strength Project represents: strength in action. We can build strength through movement and fitness, but we also need proper nutrition, mental well-being, and a strong community around us. God’s Love We Deliver embodies that same belief in caring for the whole person, which made the partnership feel particularly meaningful.

Sweat for Smiles was created by me to bring together my passions for fitness, community, and giving back. Through intimate fitness events, we create opportunities for people to move together, connect with one another, and make a tangible impact for organizations doing important work in their communities.

We’re thrilled that the event can continue to make an impact beyond the day itself, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help shine a light on the incredible work God’s Love We Deliver is doing.”
