Guests Enjoy a Wonderland of Fun at the 24th Annual Midsummer Night Drinks hosted by Culinary Council member David Burtka and Neil Patrick Harris

Hosts David Burtka and Neil Patrick Harris greeted guests and made remarks. God’s Love We Deliver President & CEO Terrence Meck spoke about the ongoing need for the God’s Love We Deliver medically tailored meal program and its 40-year history of service to the community.

Presenting sponsors alice + olivia and Ford Bronco donated a one-of-a-kind, custom-wrapped Ford Bronco inspired by alice + olivia designs for the live auction. The event raised more than $500,000 funding 50,000 meals, of which the live auction raised $110,000 funding 11,000 meals for the clients of God’s Love We Deliver.

God’s Love We Deliver continues to grow to meet the ongoing need for our services. Last year, we cooked and home-delivered more than 4 million meals and served nearly 16,000 individuals. We delivered our 40 millionth meal, and launched Health Harvest, our medically tailored groceries program.

Guests celebrated these achievements at Midsummer Night Drinks, enjoying immersive art, delicious bites, and drinks. While dining on butlered hors d’oeuvres and a raw bar station, guests enjoyed drinks generously provided by DIO, Sake ONO, Wolffer Estate. For those forgoing alcoholic beverages, Private Spring Water, mocktails, mixers, and juices were served.

After several hours of music spun by DJs The Muses, guests left with God’s Love We Deliver brownies, baked with love by Head Chef Dorothy Auer and God’s Love We Deliver volunteers.
